Trammell Crow Company, a commercial real estate company with offices throughout the United States, wanted a full-page ad to announce the recent leasing of a flagship office project in Reston, Virginia.

Having completed the marketing materials for the Arboretum II project, Flash Point Communications was asked to create an ad that carried through on the project's distinctive "red leaf" identity for display in The Washington Business Journal, a regional publication that is distributed throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Flash Point Communications worked with Trammell Crow representatives to develop the content, coordinated with the publication, and delivered the completed ad on behalf of Trammell Crow Company.
