FocusPoint, an on-hold messaging company located in Manassas, Virginia, needed a new identity for a flyer to be inserted into two mailings to over 2,000 prospective customers. Working with their existing corporate logo, Flash Point Communications created a completely new message and look for the company and its marketing.

The first step was to identify a message that quickly conveyed the product's key benefits.Then, we used a photograph that supported the message while offering an interesting and unique look to the piece.

Then, we worked with the client to identify several compelling testimonials that were included on the insert. We created an overview of the product's features and benefits which were detailed in several brief paragraphs and a bulleted list.

FocusPoint used the flyer to introduce its "On Hold Solution" products to two new industry segments.
