Trammell Crow Company is beginning the marketing for a new office project in Washington, DC. One block from the MCI Center, the goal is to create a photo-realistic setting for the project's rendering.

Flash Point Communications took a series of images of the current construction site and surrounding buildings, then stitched them together to create a 360º image of the site. Then, the architect added the project rendering and images of vehicles streetscape.

The image will be used in future marketing materials to be created by Flash Point Communications for Trammell Crow Company including marketing brochure, direct mail piece and 30" x 40" display boards.
